About Me

I’m Mychel “Snoop” Dillard — entrepreneur, franchisor, mentor, and proof that no matter where you start or what you’ve been through, you can still build the life you deserve.

Over the years, I’ve launched multiple successful brands from the ground up, including The Hookah Hideaway, Esco Restaurant and Tapas (in partnership with 2 Chainz), Remedy Salon Suites, The Salon Suite Mastercourse, and The National Salon Suites Conference. I’ve also created digital tools like Girl Talk, a dating app for women, and I continue to open doors for others through mentorship, business consulting, and my Inner Circle program.

My path has been anything but easy. I’ve faced betrayal, heartbreak, and loss — personally and professionally — but I never let any of it stop me. Instead, I’ve used every setback as a setup for something greater. That mindset is what’s allowed me to grow businesses, build franchises, and help others do the same.

Everything I do is rooted in purpose — because I know what it’s like to feel like the odds are stacked against you. And I also know what’s possible when you push through anyway.

My Work

I mentor business owners and budding entrepreneurs, helping them turn ideas into profitable, sustainable brands. Most of the time, my work involves coaching and creating resources that walk people through the real steps of starting and growing a business — especially in the salon suite space. I launched the Salon Suite Mastercourse to give aspiring owners a blueprint, and I host the National Salon Suites Conference each year to bring the community together, share insights, and celebrate growth.

I know what it’s like to start with nothing and still figure it out. So more recently, I’ve expanded into coaching programs and mentorship circles designed to give people not just information, but confidence. My goal is to equip others with tools, clarity, and mindset shifts to help them build the life and business they deserve.
